There is no boring, non-interactive fishing while working with us. We are not the Trolling Guide or the bait and bobber guide where you just throw out and sit or drive and wait. We will show you how to master the art of casting and catching fish with Jigs!
All fishing and boating equipment is provided…just show up and fish! We will even clean your fish for you or teach you how if you would like. We target local south east Nebraska lakes where fish are being caught by our network of affiliates.
We can also arrange destination trips out of the area and even out of state for whats Biting Hot at the moment if you desire.

I am Ken McVeigh. Growing up in Northeast Missouri on the beautiful Lake Show-Me I have been fishing since I was old enough to hold a pole.
I have made my living with businesses that provided me with ample time and opportunity to pursue my love of the outdoors. These days, I have 4 wonderful children and a very patient and lovely wife who support my work. My youngest 2 boys are very avid fishermen and can guide as well. As I am now entering into the retirement stage of life, I find myself fishing more and more all the time.
I have always enjoyed teaching people how to catch fish; even those who think fishing is boring. Those that never catch anything on their own usually leave with a whole different perspective on fishing. Although I am not a seasoned tournament fisherman and do not have the newest and latest boat, I have managed to place or win several tournaments over the years amongst those who fish for a living.
Throughout the years, we strive to put more fish in your bucket and we do! We do, however, believe in the conservation concept of “catch and release ” for trophy fish leaving them for future anglers to enjoy. We will keep the legal limits of smaller fish where abundant and no harm to the population exist.
I love teaching kids how to fish and I have sponsored and participated in many kids fishing Derbies over the years. Watching a child’s eyes light up as they crank in a fish is nothing short of amazing. We offer discounts for all kids under the age of 18.
